What does that mean?
We’ll cover most anything once.
Mistakes happen and we’re here to help you learn and get a lifetime of use out of your gear. “Whoops” can mean anything from a child with a bad sense of loudness with a volume control to misapplied settings of a receiver to power surges.
We have one of the most unique warranties in the audio business. Why? Most other consumer electronics companies offer a Limited Warranty for manufacturer defects. That means that they only cover defects arising from the manufacturing process. The only problem is that products also become defective because of unwise wear and tear. We know that sometimes things happen and we’ll stand behind you. Please refer to our detailed Warranty Table:
